NerdWallet: User Journeys

 I was part of a special, quick-turn team (known as the Tiger Team, for some reason) to create new user flows for three new targeted personas: High-Income Parents (HIPs),;High-Earners, Not Yet Rich (HENRYs); and Homebuyers. Over the course of eight [many?] weeks, I created distinct emails for each cohort, encouraging them to take a variety of actions, from signing up for an account to linking their bank account.
